Derrick: 62' clearance crown to rotary -hydraulic raised and lowered by staged cylinders- four leg construction with channel Kelly/swivel guide and retract at top of derrick- crown has 24"fastline sheaves with double roller bearing-18"traveling block sheaves with double roller bearing- 12"third drum sheaves with double roller bearing- all other sheaves incrown arebronze-bushed crown is sheaved for 6 lines on casing an dKelly block- 2 lines on third drum -line pull rollers on derrick- derrick is equipped with rig lights- 3" stand pipe -4"jetting standpipe with 2" air stand pipe- 3" Kelly hosehydraulic breakout cylinder on operator side in derrick, 5" x 5' cylinder with 7/8" pull cable- full length ladder off operator side-tong weight buckets in derrick. 2. Third Drum, brakes, (2) 17"diameter x 4-1/4 drums. Barrel is 7-1/2"diameter x 21" long mounted on live drum shaft with 11"three plate air clutch driven by hydraulic motor with chain drive in oil bath housing-Foster spinning cathead on third drum shaft. 5. Rotary Table: Failing 18" rotary with API Master bushings mounted in a framework with hydraulic drive motor and 4 speed transmission. This unit retracts back under drawworks to give full opening between frame rails- 36" conductor pipe can be set between frame rails. Rotary has manual lock on table. 6. Mud Pump: Gardner Denver FYFXD 7-1/2x 10 modified- The fluid end is a Mateo steel fluid end cloned -7" liners are installed -Pump has a rod oiler system installed. It also has gear end oil circulation system on it. This circulates the gear oil thru a double head filter back to the rod big end and crossheads, equipped with pressure gauge and sight glass. A 4" x 3" x 13" centrifugal pump is mounted under deck and belt-driven from gear end jack shaft with a 4 to 1ratio. This pump has inlet manifold piping with strainer basket cleanout mounted on booster pump frame. Discharge piping with surge chambers and vibrator hose mounted on deck. Wire Line Measuring Unit: Halliburton type with counter and derrick sheaves, hydraulic driven with speed control, deck mounted. 8. Prime Mover: Crane carrier 4 axles -Front axles 36,000 lb.with 425/65 -22.5 high flotation tires with new"Bud"wheels, newbrakes.Rearaxles44,000lbs.with 11R24.5loadrangeGtires with new "Bud"wheels, new brakes. New offset cab- 450 Cummins power, 10speed Fuller transmission, 16"frame rails-mirrors and lights for road use. 9. PTO: Full torque chain type enclosed oil bath lubricated shaft drive to power transfer case on deck. 10. Power Transfer Case: Chain type enclosed oil bath lubricated-Power outlets to Sunstrand 40 GPM at5000 PSI pumpto drive rotary.Vickers 30GPM at3000 PSIpump for hydraulic system. Shaft drive to drawworks right angle drive- shaft drive to mud pump with 2 plate 14" air clutch -Auxiliary shaft for oiler pumps-Oil circulation system for chains and bearings in drawworks is fed by a gear-type oil pump off of power transfer case. Pump is fed from gravity return oil reservoir to a double head filter system, then to bearings and chains. Pressure gauge and sight glass at operator's console. 11. Hydraulic system reservoir: 110 gallon baffled tank with 100 mesh in tank filters on Y and 1-1/2valved feed linesall return lines go through double head filters, then to tank. Pressure gauge and sight glass at tank. 12.Swivel: Western Rubber50 DME3" water course, has hookup on top ofgooseneckfor airline in drillpipe-swivel guide rollers built on each side of swivel. Standard 6-5/8API,Reg.L.H. connection for Kelly 13. Kelly/Drive Bushing: Standard 4-1/4" x 40' sq. Kelly with 6-5/8" API,Reg. L.H.top connection and 4-1/2X.H. bottom connection .4 roller type removable Drive Bushings. Saver sub to 4-1/2"X.H.for drill pipe. 14. Leveling Jacks: (2) -36" hydraulic jacks on front of rig with {2) 24 ton screw jack s- metal base plate for jacks to set on. (2) 18" hydraulic jacks at rear of rig (under derrick) . (3)- 24 ton screw jacks on each side rear of rig and fold down floor- 16' x 8' x 10" metal base for rear jacks to set on. 15. Work Area/Walkways: All floor and walkways are deck height. Rear floor folds up and transports with rig. Side floors and walkways fold up or down. Hand rails fold or are removable. Stairways are removable. Hand rails and stairs meet OSHA standards. 16. Tail-out Winches : {2)-20,000lb.Tulsa Roughneck hydraulic winches with Yz cables pooled. 17. Weight Indicator: {1) Weight indicator for both blocks,calibrated for 6 line casing block. 18. Guards: Safety guards to meet OSHA standards on all chains,shafts, etc. 19. Controls: All gauges and controls in panel at operator's station swing out of way for transportation. 20. Tongs Manual: (2) C-type rotary tongs suspended and counter-balanced. Remain on Rig for transporting.
